Copperline started in 2019 when Maya and Dev bought a used 12 kg roaster and started selling at the Saturday farmers market. Today we roast about 300 kg a month for subscribers, cafes and offices across the Pacific Northwest.
We publish our farm prices and work with importers who pay well above Fair Trade minimums. Every bag lists the farm, altitude, process and roast date.
