Copperline Coffee Roasters is a two-person roastery in Portland, Oregon. We buy green coffee directly from a handful of farms in Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala, roast in small 12 kg batches every week, and ship within 48 hours of roasting.
Coffee subscriptions
Our subscription delivers a rotating single origin every two or four weeks. Pick whole bean or a grind matched to your brewer: espresso, pour-over, AeroPress, French press or cold brew.

We publish brewing guides for home baristas: dialing in espresso, pour-over ratios, water chemistry, grinder upgrades and how to store beans so they stay fresh.
